Our Story
Welcome! I fell in love with the craftsmanship and the artistic nature that accompanies this incredible trade. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy creating them. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
How it began & where we are going.
HI! Thank you so much for checking out my little studio! I am so grateful for your time. I have been sewing for about 6 yrs now and started with pillowcases, simple zipper pockets & aprons for my friends and family. Advancing onto handbags, wallets, cosmetic bags, & even attempted a few quilts. Bag making is my passion! I am a wife to my best friend & soul mate. I am mother to the coolest gremlin. I work out of my home & everything from shipping to photography are done by yours truly. I absolutely love what I do & am grateful to have an incredible support system helping me achieve my dream. To date I have never made any two items identical. Every creation is a unique, one-of-a-kind assembly of designs. I strive to maintain that standard with every make and custom order. Whether it be a zipper pull or a different angle no two are the same. I love to incorporate some of my favorite fandom & feature my favorite artists designs into my work. My ultimate goal is to one day have my own brick & mortar location to provide sewing supplies gauged toward bag making & provide the knowledge I have gained to help others pursue their sewing dream. Whether they are just looking for a fun one time experience or they want to make a career of it.
A little about the equipment...
I use a Juki DU-1181n (industrial machine) or a Singer Heavy Duty 4452. Tex 70/90 thread weight. Pellon interfacing. Faux leather or Vinyl. #5 nylon coil zippers. 100% cotton or Canvas cotton. Waterproof canvas. As well as a variety of dipped, welded and non-welded metal hardware. Minky & eco-friendly poly pellets.
To wrap it up,
I love what I do and am grateful to have the opportunity to be able to pursue my dream thanks to the incredible souls that support me and kick me in the ass when I need it. I truly hope to leave a legacy behind that my daughter can either take over or at least be proud of when I return to the stars. I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I enjoying making them.
